Yes. Individual replacements start at $8.00 in your department’s saved style. There’s no minimum for a single member.
Create an account, add your department profile and import your roster from a CSV spreadsheet (first name, last name, rank, station, badge). Set your tag style once and every member’s tag is generated in that style. Volume discounts apply automatically.
For department orders of 10 or more pieces, we print a physical sample first. Your department checks the fit on your passport boards, clips or lockers and approves it in your account before the full set goes into production.
We invoice your department; pay by purchase order or check.
Yes. Every order keeps an exact snapshot of the approved design, so a new hire or promotion can be reordered in the same style at any time.
Fit and design
We can match the size, thickness, shape and hole positions of the tags you use now. Enter your measurements, or calibrate a photo against a known distance. Our tags are not certified or approved by any proprietary accountability system manufacturer, so always confirm fit with a sample.
Yes. The “Match existing tag” tool records the size, thickness, corner shape, holes or slots, spacing, colours and layout of your current tag and saves it as your department template.
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG or SVG. It’s converted to clean vector outlines and printed raised or engraved. Simple, high-contrast logos print best.
Separate colours for the base, main lettering, secondary lettering, border, rank marks and logo. Each colour is printed as its own part, so it won’t wear off like paint.
Pick screw holes (#8 / M4), countersunk holes for flat-head screws, magnet pockets (magnets included) or a flat back for double-sided tape.
Helmet shields
Small 100 mm ($20.00), Medium 150 mm ($25.00), Large 200 mm ($30.00) and XL 250 mm ($35.00). The height follows the shield’s shape automatically.
Your department name across the top, a large center number (station, company, badge or years of service), a line such as COMPANY, RETIRED or LAST ALARM, the member’s rank and name, and an optional extra line such as a date.
Yes. Choose the angled desk stand, the premium plinth with your department engraved (+$5.00), a minimalist easel, or a wall mount with screw holes or hanger slots.

Materials and durability
PLA by default, with PETG and ASA available. ASA holds up best to UV and heat, so we recommend it for apparatus and exterior use.
Printed tags are not certified life-safety equipment. They are not NFPA-certified or approved for any specific accountability system. A department must inspect and approve a physical sample before a full operational set is produced.
